CoE (Surprise) Crisis Update 2- “Found”

After thorough investigation and diplomatic pressure the delegate of Ukraine has been released. Myron Mikhailichenko is intact, but has suffered some slight injuries and is in a state of shock. Earlier today he had a meeting with the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Ms. Oxana Zorobenskaya, who will be attending in his place to fill in the Committee with valuable information about the ongoing events.
